Use of Website

This website is provided for general business information, service descriptions, contact access, and appointment inquiries. By using the website, you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or rely on it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

Service descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. Published pricing is general information and may vary based on the vehicle, parts, location, and actual repair scope.

Service Requests

Submitting a request by text, phone, email, or website does not guarantee appointment acceptance. Service availability depends on schedule, location, vehicle condition, parts access, weather, and whether the requested work can be performed safely as a mobile service.

Cody's Mobile Mechanic may decline, reschedule, or refer out work when a repair requires shop equipment, specialized tools, unsafe working conditions, or a service environment that is not appropriate for mobile repair.

Estimates and Payment

  • Quotes and labor ranges are estimates until the vehicle is inspected and the repair scope is confirmed.
  • Parts, taxes, diagnostic time, and travel-related charges may apply in addition to listed labor pricing.
  • Payment is due as agreed at the time service is completed unless another billing arrangement is approved in advance.
  • Membership and fleet plan pricing is subject to the plan details communicated at signup.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, a safe and legal work location, and clear authorization before work begins. If conditions prevent safe service or materially differ from the original request, the job may be delayed, repriced, or canceled.

Warranties and Liability

Any warranty terms, if offered, are limited to the specific service or parts identified at the time of the job. Website content is provided on an as-is basis for general information and does not guarantee a specific repair outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody's Mobile Mechanic is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, scheduling delays, parts availability, or pre-existing vehicle issues outside the agreed repair scope.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or continued service engagement after updates means the revised terms will apply from the posted effective date.
